Understand Distance and Time Scales

A scale allows you to display time or distance information of activities and objects within a time-distance cell. Within a scale, regular entries such as years, months, and weeks, or kilometers and meters are displayed, as well as special time or distance points.

Scales are usually shown in a separate time cell or distance cell as the cell content. Here, it is important to create a relation to a time-distance cell. Only then is the correct time or distance area shown within the scale. Scales can, however, also be added as an object directly within a time-distance cell.
