Enter Allocations (planned)
Use the Allocations (planned) tab to see a list of planned, activity-related resources.
Ways to access
Options
Detailed information about activity attributes see in the Activity Resource dialog/Cost Properties.
To change the sequence of Activity resources click the icon 'Move Up' resp. the icon 'Move Down'.
Note: That affects the setup of the trains inside the train calculation.
Assign Resources [F3] - Add required resources.
Delete [Del] - Delete a selected resource.
Resource/Cost Properties - Edit the Activity Resource/ Cost Properties in the confirm dialog.
Resource and Work Editor - Edit the Activity-related resources and Quantity inside the dialog 'Resource And work Editor [Activity Title]'.
Add Cost - Edit the Account Structure inside the dialog 'Select Accounts'.
Find entries in the list
Right-click and select Incremental Search (or press CTRL + I) in a selected cell. Enter a specific text ‘string’ by typing the characters. The first instance of the text string will be highlighted. Find the next matching string in the list (including in following columns) by pressing the down arrow key. The more characters you type in the string, the mode specific your results will be.
