Set Activity Step Properties
Use the Activity step dialog to edit the properties of activity steps.
Ways to access
Options
Name - Enter the name describing the content of the activity step.
Activity position (time) - Enter the point in relation to the activity and a time offset in working time.
User - Select the user from the Responsible list.
Progress weight - Enter the progress weight as a numeric value. Is set to 0, then this step has no influence on the progress of the Activity. If not, all values are summed up and set into relation.
Symbols - Each step can have two graphics assigned: one to represent the step if it is not performed and the other if it is performed.
Performed % - Enter the value in percentage for the progress of that step.
Show in
Gantt chart - Activate to show the step in a Gantt chart. The general option for showing steps has to be enabled for the Gantt chart.
Time distance chart - Activate to show the step in the Time distance chart. The general option for showing steps has to be enabled.
Comment - Enter any comment for that step.
