Understand Links
Links are not actually objects as we know them. They cannot be created over the object toolbar or the menu Insert. Existing links can be edited over the Details as every other object.

Create a link
Select an activity.
Click-and- drag the link symbol to the next activity until the cursor changes to a symbol and release. The link is selected.
The selected link can be edited in the Object Properties pane (Details toolbar).
