Add Activity Annotations

Use the Add Activity Annotation dialog to add text at the start, in the middle, and at the end of activities based on text tokens.

Ways to access

  • Right-click an activity in a time-distance view and select Add Activity Annotation.

Options

  • Name - Name of the annotation. Using this name, objects are listed on the tab Other Objects of the Time/Distance Cell.

The following entries refer to the Figure Position and are explained in that context in more detail.

  • Pin point - At which position on the Activity should the annotation be placed?

  • Scaling - Should the annotation be scaled when changes to the ruler occur? We recommend that you do not set scaling for annotations.

  • Box position - This defines where the connector line between the in point and object ends on the side of the object.

Enter the required text in the given field. With the F8 - Key you can see a list of all text tokens, that give information on an Activity.
