Annotate Gantt Chart Activities
Use the Activity Description tab to define the annotation of the activities inside a Gantt chart. At various positions, texts, pictures, and Indicators (traffic lights) can be added. Each line in the text description tab defines one element of the activity above.

Right-click in a Gantt chart and select Gantt Chart Settings from the context menu. Then click the Activity Description tab.

To add a Text description click the icon 'Add'
To add a Picture click the icon
To add an Indicator Sign click the icon.
To delete a text, select the line and click the icon 'Delete'.
To edit a text line select a line and click the icon 'Edit'.
To change the order of the lines use the icons Line up and Line down.
