Add Users
Users are used to link notes and microprogress entries with the person who created the record.

In the Tilos Explorer, expand Library > Other Libraries > Users from the libraries and you will see a list of existing users in the working area.
Double-click an existing users in the explorer or select a user in the User view and click the Edit Properties icon on the right side to open the User dialog.

In the Tilos Explorer, click to expand Library > Other Libraries and double-click Users to see a list of existing units in the working window.
Click the Add User icon to open the User dialog where you can specify the Short name, First Name, and Last Name. The short name is the name entered in each record.
