Build an Account Library
Use the Account view to build a library of accounts.
Ways to access
In the Tilos Explorer, expand Library > Resources and Accounts > Accounts. Click the Add Account on Same Level icon to create a new one.
Create a new account
In the Tilos Explorer, expand Library > Resources and Accounts.
Double-click Accounts to display them in the view pane.
On the right side, click either:
The Add Account on Same Level icon to add at the parent level.
or
The Add Sub-Account icon to add at the child level.
Select the new account in the table and enter a Name and an Account ID. ...

If needed, edit the Default values after adding direct costs below the accounts list. ...
Model - The calculation model that describes how the costs are calculated.
Rate - The default value for the Input field at the assignment level. ...
Cost flow - Shows if the costs should be considered as cost, income, or not at all.
Currency - The currency in which costs are calculated.
Mark-up factor - The factor by which the costs are marked up to ascertain a calculation price. The results of this calculation are shown only in a Microsoft Excel report. These fields are advanced (marked up).
Included in the cost report - If set, then this account is summed.
Using the icons on the right side, you can delete selected entries from the list and open the properties of an account.
