Create Legends
Use the Legend Settings and Legend Entries tabs to add a legend that explains activity content.

On the Insert toolbar, click Insert Activity Legend. Then click a location in the view. Click the Legend Settings and Legend Entries tabs.

On the Insert toolbar click the button Insert Legend or select Legend from the menu Insert - Object.
Move the mouse to the required position in the working window.
Create the object Activity legend by clicking and dragging.
Use the blue handles to move the legend with the mouse.
On the Details Toolbar, use the tab
Legend Settings - to format the legend
Legend Entries - to add and change existing entries in the legend.
