Options
Name - Enter here a name for the object if necessary. This name is shown on the tab Other Objects of the cells.
Start/End - This is describing the start and end of the objects surrounding the rectangle.
Depending on type this value is given in time or distance coordinates.
Layer - Select a Layer for the object. Using defined layers, objects can be systematically hidden or shown.
Time distance range from view - If this option is checked, the chart is expanded to the cell coordinates from the cell, meaning the given values above no longer apply.
Expand to cell width/height - If this option is checked, the chart is expanded to the cell width meaning it covers the whole cell. The size is then controlled by the cell size.
Adjust last chart to chart object width - If this option is checked, the chart in the chart definition list is expanded to fit the whole remaining width of the chart object. However, if the chart object is smaller than the sum of all other charts excluding the last one, this option does not work any more.
The option Align to:
If Expand to cell width / height is not set, you can align the chart object with a cell to be shown at the border of the cell.
None - The object can be placed using the mouse for dragging the object around.
Start of cell area - The object is always placed at the left or top border of the cell.
End of cell area - The object is always placed at the right or bottom border of the cell.
Start of visible cell area - The object is always placed at the left or top border of the visible area from the cell, as long as cell is visible.
End of cell area - The object is always placed at the right or bottom border of the visible area from the cell, as long as the cell is visible.
This option is helpful for scales to keep them visible during scrolling in a large view.
