Use the Project tab to organize a Gantt chart.
Name - Enter the name of the Gantt Chart.
Sub-projects - The list field displays the selected subproject/ -s, that are displayed in the Gantt Chart.
To select subprojects click the icon 'Select Subprojects'. Here you can select the subprojects to include from the list of subprojects.
Default view - All new Gantt Charts copy their attributes from the default view as default settings.
Cell Type - Drop-down menu to select 'Gantt chart cell' or 'Location Gantt chart Cell' as required type.
The following attributes are only visible if the Gantt Chart is embedded into a view, meaning into a cell system.
Axis - The main axis of the Gantt Chart can be horizontally or vertically oriented.
Time master cell - The time frame for the Gantt Chart can be taken from another cell in the cell system. This can be another Gantt Chart or a time distance cell. This option is only active for time-based Gantt Charts.
Distance master cell - The distance range for the Gantt Chart can be taken from another cell in the cell system. This can be another Gantt Chart or the time distance cell. This option is only active for Distance-based Gantt Charts.
Bar Display mode - Drop-down menu to select the required displayed mode as 'Grouped' or 'Not Grouped'. More information about grouping is available in Dialog - Gantt Chart Grouping Properties.
Select an existing filter using the combo list or click the filter symbol to create a new or edit the select filter.
Click the icon to set Sort Activities. The dialog for setting the Activity sort order appears.
Start - Drop-down menu Date Input field Time
End - Drop-down menu Date Input field Time
Length - Input field to set time-related data per day. E. g. 92,00/ d.
Unit/cm - Input field to set time-related data per day displayed each centimeter. E. g. 2,27 d/ cm.
Activate the option 'Descending' to set a descending order based on the time-related data of the defined (sub-) projects.
Start - Drop-down menu Distance [m] Input field Relative [m]
End - Drop-down menu Distance [m] Input field Relative [m]
Length - Input field to set distance-related data within meters.
Unit/cm - Input field
Activate the option 'Distance descending' to set a descending order based on the distance-related terms of the defined (sub-) projects.
