Use the Custom Activity fields to add extra data about an activity. You must define in the table first.
Click the icon at Other attributes tab on the tab General tab in the Activities Object toolbar. Define custom activity fields on the right side of the tab.
The column Name indicates the fixed property item of the application.
The column Custom Name is an input field for user-defined entries.
Enable/ Disable the column Show to set a field as visible or to keep it invisible.
To sort the sequence of the fields, select a required line and click the Line up or Move down button.
