Review Activity Resources and Cost Allocations

Use the Resource and Work Editor to see a list of all resources and cost allocations for an activity. You can directly edit each allocation, create new allocations and even create entries within the libraries.

Ways to access

  • Select an activity in a view. Then click the Allocations (planned) tab in the Object Properties pane and click the Resource and Work Editor icon on the right side.

  • Right-click an activity in a view and select Resource and Work Editor in the context menu.


Using the buttons on the right edge, you can Add Resources, Add Cost Groups, and Delete selected entries in the list.

You can create new entries in the library for resources and cost centers. You will then see the dialog Resource Properties or the dialog Cost Properties.

You will see Allocation Data and Resource Information for a selected Allocation. The entry follows analog to the dialog Activity Resource/Cost Properties.

In the section Activity data, the Calculation data of the Activity is shown and can be edited as well.
