Import/Export - Step 4

Use page 4 of the Import/Export Wizard to define the project scope to distinguish between projects with single and multiple sub-projects.

During import, this step is skipped if the Sub-Project-ID field is supplied within the activity attributes. In this case, the sub-project to which the activity is imported is already defined. This step is also skipped while importing library items or links.

• Start at Import/Export - Step 1.

Options

Multiple sub-projects can be exported or imported within one export session.

• Project scope - the project scope defines, for the export, whether one or more sub-projects should be exported. For import, only a single project note is available.

• Single sub-project - only one sub-project can be selected in the list provided.

• Multiple sub-project - Multiple sub-projects can be selected in the list provided. All selected sub-projects could be exported

• Filter - Select an existing Filter for exporting data. This option is only visible for Export.
