Set Up Text Panel Columns (extra)
Use the Extra tab to control miscellaneous aspects of presenting data in Gantt chart text panel columns.

Right-click the header of any Gantt chart quantity column (such as Actual, Plan, Done, or To Do) and select Edit Column. Click the Extra tab.
Click the Extra tab on the Text Panel Column Setup dialog.

Suppress zero - Hide 0 values in the table.
Show errors - Show error messages.
Hide values on summary Activities - In a structured/grouped Gannt chart, summary Activities show the accumulated quantity from their sub-Activities (including the quantity from the summary Activity itself) by default. If this accumulated quantity value is confusing, check this box to hide it.
