Set Activity Resource/Cost Properties
Use the ...dialog to edit the values for a selected allocation. You will see the same dialog for a cost center and for a resource allocation, always showing the relevant values for each type only.

Options
The name of the resource cannot be changed within the dialog. If this is a cost allocation, this field is empty.
Operation Model - Select the model from the list of models for the different resource types.
Operation Value - The input value is based on the selected Model. Using the arrow on the right of the entry field, you can see a list of predefined input values for this resource.
Calculation - The entry value can also be calculated using a formula. Enter the formula directly (+, -, *, /) or click the icon. You will see the dialog Calculator.
Effort - This field shows for resources the allocated effort or work depending on resource type in the unit of the resource.
Allocation - This is set only for permanent resources and shows the number of allocated units. You will now see a calculated value that cannot be edited.
Supply - For consumable resources, the material flow can be set to Supply. In analyses, you can evaluate e. g. only the supply of resources.
Role - This field describes the role of the resource for the train calculation. This default is taken from the resource library but can be changed on activity assignment level. See also resource roles.
Delivery center - Here you can revert to a list of defined delivery centers. You can for example create different Excavation Dumpsites.
Account - A selection list of the account library. Select the account, where you want to get the costs booked to.
Cash flow - The total amount is either considered as Cost, Income, or not at all.
Private price - If a price has been set in the resources library, the cost amount per unit can first of all not be changed. If you activate this option, you can enter an individual value for this Activity.
Price - If you have activated the option Private price, enter here the individual amount.
Currency - If you have activated the option Private price, enter here the currency for the amount.
Total - The total amount. You will now see a calculated value that cannot be edited.
Text 1/Text 2 - Free text fields for the account or resource allocation.
Display in annotation - Activate this option, if the allocated resource should be listed as a text annotation using the token: Permanent resource or Consumable resource.
