Display Summary Activities
Use the Summary Activities tab to see all of the summary activities in your project. Summary activities can be shown or hidden. The summary activity can be displayed with activity details (open) or the summary activity only (closed). The display of closed summary activities is dependent upon the activity template, e.g., a rectangle or line.
Ways to access
Click in a time-distance cell that contains summary activities. In the Object Properties pane, select the Summary Activities tab where all summary activities are listed.
Steps
To show only the activity summary, uncheck the Display details box.
To show only the activity details, uncheck the Show Summary Activity box.Â
Using the Show Only Details and Show Only Summaries buttons, all summary activities can be hidden or shown in one step. For details, see the Reviewing Summary Activities help topic.
