Set/Edit Sub-Project Properties

Use the Sub-Project dialog and screen to edit sub-project properties. For more information, see Understand Sub-Projects

Ways to access

• In the Tilos Explorer, click + to expand Project Data. Then, right-click the sub-project you want to edit and select Edit Sub-project (or double-click on the subproject).

• In the menu, select Insert > Sub-Project.

Set sub-project properties

1. In the subproject’s dialog > Cell Content Details tab, set/edit these properties:

• Name

• ID

• Default sub-project - Set this as the subproject to which new activities will be automatically assigned when you create them.

• Exclude from reschedule - Prevent activities in this subproject from being included in rescheduling calculations.

• Equation - Choose an equation to apply to all activities in this subproject. For details, see Understanding Equations.

• Description - Document the purpose of this subproject and any other unique information about it.

2. Click OK (or double-click a view in the Tilos Explorer to return to it). This step is not necessary if you selected Insert > Sub-Project to start.
