Set Account Properties

Use the Account Properties dialog to enter a name as well as default allocation values for activities. These default values can be changed individually for each allocation to activities. Using the Parent list, the structure of the cost group is displayed and can be edited.

Ways to access

• In the Tilos Explorer, expand Library > Resources and Accounts > Accounts. Double-click an existing account.

Options

Default allocation Values

• Operation Model - This model describes how the costs are determined. See the attached table.

• Operation Value - This value is based on the selected model. The model tells what the meaning of the rate is.

• Cost flow - This determines if costs are considered as cost, income, or not at all.

• Currency - The currency in which the costs are calculated.

• Mark up - The factors with the costs are marked up in order to determine a calculation price.

 The results of this calculation are given only in a Microsoft Excel Report.

• Evaluate in Token 'Cost' - In the Dashboard, only those costs with this flag set are summed.
