Activity Note List
Activity notes can be created for every activity in order to document information. For every note, the creator and the creation date is stored.
In order to administer all activity notes, create an Activity Note View. The view shows all notes assigned to the Activities in the sub-projects. Filters can be applied.
Filter criteria in the following list can be applied:
Sub-Project - Activate this option to select a sub-project from the list.
Author - Activate this option and enter the editor as text.
Done State - Shows if the note is already finished (activated check box) or still open.
Date - Activate this option and select a start and end date as a time period.
The filter is applied as an intersection of all applied attributes.
