Ways to access
On the Insert toolbar, click the Insert Time Chart icon, Insert Distance Chart icon, or select a time/distance chart.
Charts are also called diagrams/histograms. The object containing a histogram is called chart object. A chart object is an object that behaves like a rectangle and you can insert it into:
Time-distance cells
Time cells
Distance cells
Inside the rectangle you can create as many sub-charts as you want of the following type:
Scale
Histogram
Resource bar chart
Profile diagram

Steps
Create a chart
On the Insert toolbar click the Insert Time Chart button, Insert Distance Chart button, or select the entry Time Chart/Distance chart from the Insert - Object menu.
Move the mouse in the working window to the required position.
Create the chart by clicking and dragging.
Select the required type from the Chart Type dialog. This is the first chart you insert, later you can add more.
Mostly, charts cover the whole cell area. Alternatively, the cell wizard can be used to create a cell with an expanded chart inside.
Select a chart
Inside a view, click the surrounding rectangle of a chart - object. In the tab Chart Definition select a chart line to edit. This can be edited now in the last tab of this toolbar.
Inside a view, click in the chart object. The chart and the chart line object get selected, which can be edited now in the last tab of this toolbar.
