On the Display tab, click the Activity Template drop-down menu on Organize Template.
Existing activity templates are indicated on the left side of the dialog.

Create New Template Beneath Selected - Create a new template beneath a currently selected activity.
Overwrite Selected Template - Overwrite the settings of a selected activity template.
Open Editor With Selected Template - Enter the activity template editor to create a user-defined activity template.
