Set Contract Item Properties

By double-clicking on a contract you open the properties and can enter the titles, sub-titles, contract items and the work packages.

Using the icons on the right edge you can:

  • Create new header at main level - Creates a new header on the highlighted level.

  • Create Contract Item on same Level - Creates subordinate contract items for a highlighted header or further contract items for a selected contract item.

  • Create Work Package below this Contract Item - Creates subordinate works packages for a contract item. The quantity of a contract item in a works package can be recalculated into a different unit.

  • Delete Entry - Deletes the highlighted entry within the contract item structure.

  • Create Sub-Header - Creates a sub-header for the selected one.

  • Create contract item on main level - Creates on the first level of the contract item. As soon as a header has been entered, no more contract items can be created on the first level.

  • Information on a contract item -

  • Item ID - Enter an item ID.

  • Category - Select a Category.

  • Short name - Enter a short name for the contract item.

  • Long name - Enter a long name for the contract item.

  • Unit - Select a Unit for the contract item.

  • Calculate price - If you activate this option, the price is ascertained using the Mark up factor within the account. To do this, a resource or account must be assigned.

  • Price for input - Should the price not be calculated, enter it here.

  • Price currency - Select a Currency for the price.

  • Per unit - The price and the costs are shown in relation to a unit.

  • Contract - Enter a quantity for the contract item. A total price and cost is given from the contract item quantity.

  • Assigned - This value shows how many contract items have already been assigned to an Activity. A total price and cost is given from the contract item quantity.
