Enter Contract Items
On the Contract Items tab, the contract item allocated to the Activity is entered.
Note: This tab is only available if activated in Tools/Options/Functions.
Using the buttons on the right edge you can add new contract items , delete highlighted entries from the list and open the library view of a contract item.
Additionally, you can generate the resources and cost groups behind the position as a planned resource for the Activity. click the button Create Activity Resources.
Models
Using this model the quantity of contract items is assigned to Activities. The field default rate is always related to the relevant model when entering.
Fixed - The quantity of contract items is entered as a fixed value for the Activity.
Per unit of Quantity - The quantity of contract items is calculated using the Quantity of the Activity, e.g. 1 Quantity = 1 contract item.
Percentage of quantity from contract item - The quantity of contract items is entered as a percentage for the Activity, e.g. 25% of the quantity of contract items.
Time-based - This model can only be used for contract items with a time unit! The quantity of contract items is calculated using the duration of the Activity, e.g. 1 hour = 1 contract item.
