Convert Contract Item Resources into Activity Resources

Using the Convert Contract Item Resources To Activity Resources dialog, the resources and accounts are taken from the allocated contract items as planned resources for the Activity

• Convert permanent resource assignments to type Allocation

  • De-activated - The resources are entered on the tab Resources with the model: Hours.

  • Activated - The resources are entered on the tab Resources with the model: Allocation.

This option does not influence direct account allocation. within the contract item. Accounts Are entered using the model: Costs fixed!

• Create Quantity based allocations

  • De-activated - The allocations for resources are calculated in absolute values.

  • Activated - The resource and costs allocations are set based those models that are based on the Activity Quantity.

• Default account for income - The calculated income (price) is booked to the selected account.
