Add Contract Items to Activities
Using the Add Contract Items to Activity dialog you will see the structure of the contract items from the libraries and you can activate all contract items that should be allocated to the activity. The composition is listed in the lower half of the window.
Deselect all - Removes all selections on all levels of the structure.
Select all - Selects all contract items on all levels of the structure.
Select subtree - If you highlight a title, all subtrees of the contract items are also highlighted using this button.
De-select subtree - If you highlight a title, all subtrees of the contract items are removed using this button.
In the not assigned yet column, you can see the quantity of contract items not yet assigned.
Default model
Using this model the quantity of contract items is assigned to activities.
Fixed - The quantity of contract items is entered as a fixed value for the Activity.
Per unit of Quantity - The quantity of contract items is calculated using the Quantity of the Activity, e.g. 1 Quantity = 1 contract item.
Percentage of quantity from contract item - The quantity of contract items is entered as a percentage for the Activity, e.g. 25% of the quantity of contract items.
Time-based - This model can only be used for contract items with a time unit! The quantity of contract items is calculated using the duration of the Activity, e.g. 1 hour = 1 contract item.
The field default rate is always related to the relevant model when entering.
Note: Should the selection of contract items be used for further Activities, activate the option Keep selection for next use.
